大連機械加工工藝流程：

1、是工件或者零件制造加工的步驟，采用機械加工的方法，直接改變毛坯的形狀、尺寸和表面質(zhì)量等，使其成為零件的過程稱為機械加工工藝過程。

2、是在流程的基礎(chǔ)上，改變生產(chǎn)對象的形狀、尺寸、相對位置和性質(zhì)等，使其成為成品或半成品，是每個步驟，每個流程的詳細(xì)說明，比如，上面說的，粗加工可能包括毛坯制造，打磨等等，精加工可能分為車，鉗工，銑床，等等，每個步驟就要有詳細(xì)的數(shù)據(jù)。

3、技術(shù)人員根據(jù)產(chǎn)品數(shù)量、設(shè)備條件和工人素質(zhì)等情況，確定采用的工藝過程，并將有關(guān)內(nèi)容寫成工藝文件，這種文件就稱工藝規(guī)程。
