大連機(jī)械加工工藝流程:
1、是工件或者零件制造加工的步驟,采用機(jī)械加工的方法,直接改變毛坯的形狀、尺寸和表面質(zhì)量等,使其成為零件的過程稱為機(jī)械加工工藝過程。
2、是在流程的基礎(chǔ)上,改變生產(chǎn)對象的形狀、尺寸、相對位置和性質(zhì)等,使其成為成品或半成品,是每個步驟,每個流程的詳細(xì)說明,比如,上面說的,粗加工可能包括毛坯制造,打磨等等,精加工可能分為車,鉗工,銑床,等等,每個步驟就要有詳細(xì)的數(shù)據(jù)。
3、技術(shù)人員根據(jù)產(chǎn)品數(shù)量、設(shè)備條件和工人素質(zhì)等情況,確定采用的工藝過程,并將有關(guān)內(nèi)容寫成工藝文件,這種文件就稱工藝規(guī)程。
