大連機械加工工藝可分為鑄造、鍛造、沖壓、焊接、機械加工、裝配等工藝。機械制造工藝一般是指零件的機械加工工藝和機器裝配工藝的總和,其他工藝稱為運輸、儲存、供電、設備維護等輔助工藝。工藝由一個或多個順序排列的過程組成,一個過程由多個步驟組成。
車削(立車、臥車):車削是從工件上切除金屬的加工。在工件旋轉的同時,刀具切入工件或沿著工件車削;
銑削(立銑、臥銑):銑削是使用旋轉刀具切除金屬的加工,主要用于加工槽和外形直線面,也可以兩軸或者三軸聯(lián)動加工弧面;
鏜孔:鏜孔是把工件上已鉆出或鑄出的孔加以擴大或作進一步加工的加工方法。主要用于加工工件外形較大、直徑較大、精度較高的孔加工。
刨削:刨削主要特性是加工外形直線面,一般情況下表面粗糙度沒有銑床高;
插削:插削實際上是立式刨床,它的刀具是上下運動的,非常適合非完整圓弧加工,主要用于切削某些類型的齒輪;
磨削(平面磨、外圓磨、內孔磨、工具磨等):磨削是使用磨削輪來切除金屬的加工方法,加工后的工件尺寸準確、表面光潔。主要用于對經(jīng)過熱處理的工件進行精加工,使其達到準確的尺寸。
鉆削:鉆削是使用旋轉鉆頭在實心金屬工件上進行鉆孔加工;鉆孔時,工件定位夾緊、固定不動;鉆頭除旋轉外還要沿自身軸線作進給運動。

Boring: Boring is a machining method that enlarges or further processes holes that have already been drilled or cast on a workpiece. Mainly used for machining holes with larger shapes, larger diameters, and higher precision of workpieces.
Planing: Planing is mainly characterized by processing straight surfaces, and in general, the surface roughness is not as high as that of milling machines;
Insertion cutting: Insertion cutting is actually a vertical planer, and its cutting tools move up and down, which is very suitable for incomplete arc machining and mainly used for cutting certain types of gears;
Grinding (flat grinding, external cylindrical grinding, internal hole grinding, tool grinding, etc.): Grinding is a machining method that uses grinding wheels to remove metal, resulting in accurate dimensions and smooth surfaces of the processed workpiece. Mainly used for precision machining of heat-treated workpieces to achieve accurate dimensions.
Drilling: Drilling is the use of a rotary drill bit to drill holes on solid metal workpieces; During drilling, the workpiece is positioned, clamped, and fixed in place; In addition to rotation, the drill bit also needs to perform feed motion along its own axis.
